If your dog goes missing, having up to date contact details on the tag on their collar often provide the best chance of being reunited with them. It’s also a legal requirement that they wear their collar and up to date tag when in a public space.

The law requires your tag has at minimum your name and address including postcode. Other information you might consider adding could include your phone number, your vet details whether your dog is microchipped or neutered.
Please note that accented characters cannot be entered on this form. If you wish to have accented characters printed on your tag please place your order and then contact [email protected] with the details of how you wish your tag to be printed.
